1. Submit online application and a non-refundable application fee
2. Conduct a video interview to demonstrate English proficiency
3. Receive a Pre-acceptance letter, agreement forms and a program fee invoice
5. Submit all other required documents
6. Submitted documents are proofread prior to submission to host university
7. Faculty matching process begins
8. Participate in a second interview, if necessary
9. Faculty match is confirmed

10. Visa Documents are issued
