Application documents are reviewed and submitted to the host organization
Please allow 1 month for document processing after placement is confirmed
Some cases may take additional documents or processing time to complete DS-
2019 forms.
2. Receive completed DS-2019 forms and invitation letters from the visa sponsor
Your package will contain the following documents:
Acceptance letter from the host organization
Invitation letter from the visa sponsor
Notice to U.S. Consulate
DS-2019 form(s) for you and your dependent(s)
Your agent will be sent an email containing the following:
Tracking number of your document package
SEVIS number(s) for you and your dependent(s)
